David Gray – Please Forgive me
David Gray was born in the Greater Manchester area in England in 1968. He’s a Welsh singer-songwriter. Please Forgive Me is taken off his White Ladder album which was released in late 1998. This album was his fourth studio album. White Ladder remains as one of my favorite albums of all time. David Gray truly has a gift when it comes to songwriting and his voice is half bad either. Since White Ladder David Gray has released 4 other albums, Lost Songs 95-98 in February 2001, A New Day at Midnight in October 2002, Life in Slow Motion in September 2005 and Draw the Line in September 2009. He’s definately one of my favorite artists from the United Kingdom. I’m sure that we’ll hear more of his records in the future. Unfortunately I did not see him in concert when he was on tour in South Africa a few years ago. I would not mind owning all the David Gray CDs that have been released over the years to comprise for my absense at the concert.
