Doutzen Kroes was born in January 1985 in Oostenmeer, Friesland in the Netherlands. She’s one of the Victoria’s Secret Angels. She has made the covers of Time, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Seventeen, Elle, Marie Claire, Glamour, W, Avantgarde, Dazed & Confused and Numéro. In 2005 she was voted Model of the Year on the Vogue website. In July 2007, earning at an estimated total of $4.9 million in the past 12 months, Forbes Magazine named Doutzen Kroes 14th in the list of the World’s 15 Top-Earning Supermodels. She moved up to the 5th place in 2008’s poll, earning $6 million for that year. She received the Lifetime Achievement Award, part of the Dutch Model Awards, on the 12th of May 2009.
