Lucy was born in London in the UK in October 1977, but was raised in Amsterdam in the Netherlands and New York City in the United States. She has a very musical background. Her British father is a composer and conductor and her American mother is a musicologist and opera singer. She’s most famous for her hit Dumb Girls in 2003 of her While You Can album. She’s worthy of being featured Running Wolf’s Rant as the 1st of December’s Daily Babe.
