Zoe Yadira Zaldana Nazario was born in 1978 in New Jersey in the United States. She most recently starred in James Cameron’s film Avatar in late 2009. She also starred in the last Star Trek movie in the role of Uhura (also in 2009). She was also in the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie (which starred Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley and Johnny Depp) in 2003. She also had a role in the 2008 movie Vantage Point. She is definately one of the up and coming actresses in Hollywood. I’m sure we’ll see her in more movies in the future. She has been nominated as the Daily Babe for the 6th of January 2009 on Running Wolf’s Rant (mostly because I’m a fan of the last Star Trek movie and Avatar).
