2010 Grammy Award Winners

GrammyAwardsLogo 300x225 2010 Grammy Award WinnersThe 52nd Annual Grammy Awards ceremony was held yesterday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California in the United States. Beyonce won 6 Grammy Awards and Taylor Swift won 4 Grammy Awards this year. Since I’m not a fan of R&B or Pop music I honestly don’t care. I feel that too music emphasis is being placed on R&B, Rap and Pop Music in the world. The Grammy Awards were originally called the Gramophone Awards. The Grammy awards are named for the trophy which is a small, gilded gramophone statuette (made by Billings Artworks in Colorado in the US). The Grammy Awards ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and some of the awards of more popular interest are presented in a widely-viewed televised ceremony. The Grammy Awards were first held in 1958.
