This promises to be on the best romantic comedies of 2010. The Bounty Hunter is marked for release in March 2010. The film stars Gerald Butler (famous for his roles in Rocknrolla, 300, Timeline and Law Abiding Citizen), Jennifer Anniston (famous for her role as Rachel Green on the television series Friends between 1994 and 2004 and a few movies), Christine Baranski (who has starred in episodes of The Good Wife, The Big Bang Theory, Ugly Betty and other shows), Natalie Morales and Peter Greene. The Bounty Hunter is directed by Andy Tennant (who also directed the 2008 film Fool’s Gold and the 2005 film Hitch). The film tells the story of a bounty hunter, Milo Boyd (played by Gerald Butler) who learns that his next target is his ex-wife, Nicole Hurly (played by Jennifer Anniston) who is a reporter working on a murder cover-up. Soon after their reunion, the always-at-odds duo find themselves on a run-for-their-lives adventure. Let’s hope that this film is not another cheesy romantic comedy. Hopefully this film will be better than other films in this genre. Judging by the trailer Gerald Butler and Jennifer Anniston could be a good combination for a film like this.
