3 Tweets of the Week (from @gevaaalikdotcom, @charlsiebun and @LillithL)

Yes folks, it’s that time of the week again, Tweets of The Week time. Today I’m featuring tweets from @gevaaalikdotcom, @charlsiebun and @LillithL.

I feature a lot of girls on this blog (in the Babes category). And back in the 1980s some of the photos on my blog in this section might have even been banned in magazines like “Scope” in South Africa. They probably would’ve been banned if we had the internet in pre-Apartheid South Africa as well. Imagine the internet without pictures of sexy and beautiful girls – it would be an extremely boring place if you ask me. And there’s a line between erotic and pornographic if you ask me. We don’t have strict censorship in South Africa anymore, but some people still don’t have an idea what real porn is, and should really have their heads examined, as @gevaaalikdotcom pointed out earlier this week. Definitely Tweets of the Week Material if you ask me.

Sometimes regular Twitter users like me think that we’re doing something wrong, but in reality we’re actually doing something write. I’ve found that tweeting too much or constantly moaning about crap on your Twitter account is a major turn-off for most people following you. I’ve also found that drunk tweeting is not advisable either, I’ve nearly seen my arse with that a few times (even though I was saying funny things at those times). Rule of thumb suggests that you put your phone away or switch it off when you’re drunk – I’m speaking out personal experience. Don’t ask stupid questions when you’re tweeting either, remember: Google is your friend. “Google Before You Tweet” is the Twitter version of “Think Before You Speak”. I think @charlsiebun was a bit sad about losing followers on Friday, but he said it in such a unique way and its earned the title as one of the Tweets of the week.

If you ask me, nothing good comes from being nasty to people. Just be friendly and respect your fellow human being, unless their being a douche or acting completely and utterly stupid. And I’m pretty sure that many of you reading this agree with me.

“Treat people like you want to be treated” has always been one of the mottos in my life. Because of this I’ve made a LOT of friends over the years and I’ve also started to influence folks somewhat. Granted, I’m no Ghandi or Plato, but still.  @LillithL (one of my favorite Twitter users and photographers that I still have to meet) pointed this out in her own way during the last week and like the other two tweets in this post this too is prime Tweets of the Week material.

There you have it, this week’s installment of 3 Tweets of The Week. Hope you enjoyed reading this post. If you have, feel free to share this post with your friends on Twitter and Facebook. Remember: Sharing is Caring.
