The Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer released

Great news! The trailer for The Avengers: Age of Ultron was released last week! The film (which is scheduled for released in May 2015) is scripted and directed by Joss Whedon and features an ensemble cast that includes most of the cast of 2012’s The Avengers.

Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, James Spader, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Paul Bettany will be appearing in this film.

In The Avengers: Age of Ultron Tony Stark tries to jump-start a dormant peacekeeping program, but things go awry and it is up to the Avengers to stop the villainous Ultron from enacting his terrible plans (which includes the extinction of the human race).

Check out the trailer for The Avengers: Age of Ultron below. This trailer had 34.3 million views globally in its first 24 hours online, beating the previous record set by the Iron Man 3 trailer by 20 million views.

Looks pretty damn awesome, right? Let’s just hope this film lives up to expectations. I’m thinking that this might just be the biggest film of 2015. What do you think? Feedback is appreciated and welcome here.
