Candice Swanepoel has been featured twice on Running Wolf’s Rant over the years. In case you forgot, this 24 year old model was born in 1988 in Mooi River, Kwazulu Natal in South Africa. Today’s she has been selected as the Featured Babe on the blog for a second time.
This blue-eyed blonde-haired model has modeled for Ice Model Management, IMG Models, Why Not Model Agency and Modelwerk. She was discovered in a Durban flea market when she was only 15 years old. Candice Swanepoel has been on the cover of Vogue, Elle, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar and Ocean Drive magazine.
She has appeared in advertisements for Nike, Diesel, Guess?, Tommy Hilfiger, Tom Ford and Versace. And her runway credits include Tommy Hilfiger, Dolce and Gabbana, Fendi, Chanel, Betsey Johnson, Diane von Fürstenberg, Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier and Victoria Secret.
In case you did not know, Candice Swanepoel has actually appeared in numerous editions of the Victoria Secret Fashion Show over the years. She was actually the first South-African model to do so. According to IMDB and Wikipedia, she can easily make up to R40,000 a day. She mainly does swimwear and lingerie modeling. Candice was ranked #20 in the 2011 Ask Men top 99 “most desirable women” list, ranked #6 in the Top Sexist Models list by models.com, ranked #28 Sexiest Woman in the world by the Spanish version of DT magazine, ranked #62 in the 2011 FHM list of “100 Sexiest Women in the World” and voted #10 on Ask men’s top 99 ‘most desirable’ celebrity women of 2012.
