Caracas is the largest and capital city of Venezuela (in South America). The city was founded by the Spanish in 1567. Today Caracas has an estimated population of 3.1 million people. This photo of the city’s skyline has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 15th of August 2010. I wouldn’t mind visiting Venezuela one day.
