Erik Charles Nielsen is an actor and comedian from the USA. He has a recurring role as Garrett Lambert on Community (one of my favorite comedy series on television). He also appeared in Erik the Librarian (a web series created by Simpsons writer Brent Forrester).
Erik was named the funniest comedian while he was studying at Boston University. He kept on doing his routines after college and eventually had his big break at the US Comedy Festival in Colorado in 2007. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California. You can follow him on Twitter via @ecnielsen.
A few days ago he did a five minute stand-up routine on Conan on the TBS network in the USA. This is one of the funniest standup routines that I’ve seen this year. Erik Charles Nielsen takes on a variety of topics, including Donkey Kong, his “plans to take over the world” folder and a little song called “It’s raining men”.
I hope that this routine made you laugh a little. If it did, feel free to share this post with your friends on Facebook and Twitter. Sharing is caring after all.

Grumpy Cat Memes keep popping up daily on the web. It’s highly possible that Tardar Sauce is the most popular cat in the world. I’m also thinking that there is an abundance of both frustrated and creative people in the world – the rate at which new memes featuring her is popping up on the internet is not slowing down, it’s actually accelerating (in my opinion)
The 13 New Grumpy Cat Memes that I’m featuring today attack a wide array of folks, and before you ask, Yes! Justin Bieber is one of them. I think Grumpy Cat and I have a lot in common, maybe I should ask her owners if they’ve ever considered doing a South African Grumpy Cat tour – there are a lot of grumpy South Africans here who would appreciate it too if she comes for a visit. It will be great to see this legendary cat on the Expresso show on SABC 3 or on Carte Blanche on M-Net.
There you go, some new Grumpy Cat Memes. Which one of these is your favorite? Leave a comment and let me know.

The last episode of Season 3 of Game of Thrones aired on HBO in the USA yesterday. Sadly audiences will have to wait until 2014 to see what happens next in the critically acclaimed series based on the “A Song of Fire and Ice” series of fantasy novels by George R.R. Martin.
A week ago there was massive response online after a Game of Thrones episode entitled “Red Wedding” aired on HBO. I don’t want to give away what happened in that episode, but all I can say is that everyone who have not read the books was completely caught by surprise. Clearly George R.R. Martin is a master when it comes to plot twists.
Because of this there have been a ton of Game of Thrones Memes that popped up online over the last week or so. Here are some of them. If you haven’t watched the “Red Wedding” episode yet, stop reading now, there are some spoilers contained in one or two of the twelve featured here.
There you go, 12 Game of Thrones Memes that I found over the last week or so. If you have watched the “Red Wedding” Episode, comment here and let me know if you were surprised or not.
