Cell C unleashes ad of sexual nature (NSFW)

South African Mobile Network Operator, Cell C, released a brand new advert of “sexual nature” promoting it’s LTE network. The advert features a shirtless man and a woman in lingerie engaging in “activities” and comes with a tagline “it’s hot an it’s fast”, so it’s definitely NSFW (not suited for work).

Cell C commercially launched LTE services on the 1st of October 2015, so it’s obvious which service they are promoting in the advert. Earlier in the year the network caused controversy and receive BCCSA complaints when it released an advert featuring a dog humping a guy’s leg.

Unlike their previous advert, this advert comes with an age restriction (so if you’re under 16, don’t click “play” on the video below).

I think this advert is raunchy (and not suitable for kids), but it’s pretty damn clever. It doesn’t matter what I’m thinking though, I’m pretty sure that some folks don’t like this advert and will go probably run off to the BCCSA to complain about it. Only time will tell if the South African public decides to act all conservative or not.
