Cincinnati is located in the state of Ohio in the United States. It’s located North of the Ohio river on the state border with Kentucky. The area where Cincinnati is today was first settled in 1788. The village of Cincinnati was established in 1802 and the village was incorporated as a city in 1819. Cincinnati was established as “Losantville”. The name was changed in 1790. Today the urban area of Cincinnati has an estimated population of 333,000 and the Cincinnati metropolitan area has an estimated population of 2,1 million.
