Diane Kruger was born as Diane Heidkrüger in Algermissen, Germany in 1976. She’s a former fashion model turned actress by profession. She’s most famous for her role in the National Treasure movies as Abigail Chase. In 2001 and 2002 she starred in some French films. In 2003 she made her Hollywood debut when she starred in the film Troy (which had an all-star cast that included Brad Pitt). More recently she starred in the Quentin Tarantino film Inglourious Basterds (which also starred Brad Pitt) in 2009. I’m sure that we’ll see her in more roles in the future. She has been nominated as the Daily Babe for the 15th of January 2010 on Running Wolf’s Rant.
