Emmy Rossum was born in 1986 in New York City in the United States. She made her acting debut in 1996 in the made for television film Grace & Glorie. Since then she’s appeared in episodes of Law & Order, Snoops, As the World Turns, The Practice and Shameless on television. She’s also appeared in the 2000 film Songcatcher, the 2001 film An American Rhapsody, the 2003 film Mystic River, the 2004 film The Day After Tomorrow, the 2006 film Poseidon and the 2010 film Born To Die. Emmy Rossum has been selected as the Daily Babe on Running Wolf’s Rant.
