I’ll admit that I’m quite a gullible person sometimes. Some of my friends have mocked me about it and even pranked me. The truth is that I’ve actually changed over the last few years. I tend to question things a lot more than the average person nowadays, especially when it comes to Facebook.
Let’s face it folks, when it comes to Facebook, there’s a lot of gullible people out there. Many of them click on things that state “See how many people have viewed your profile” or “click on this to check out the new Black Facebook”. Some of them copy and paste legal notices status that apparently makes them legally binding. This is utterly moronic. If you’re engaging in similar behaviour it’s probably a good idea to have your head examined or to start using a little something that you may have heard about called “Google”. Also think back to something called the “Terms & Conditions” that you agreed upon when you joined Facebook a few years ago.
The next time you encounter something that sounds a bit wacky or your not too sure about, Google it before you click on it or copy and paste it on Facebook. For some of more pointers, check out this video posted by CollegeHumor featuring Facebook Law for Idiots
