Less than a week ago Google launched its Google Street View feature for Google Earth and Google Maps for South Africa. I’ve decided to do a post now and then to point out some interesting things I’ve found using this feature. It’s a really a nice geek toy and I’m proud of using it (although privacy activists might disagree). Today’s Google Street View Photo features the Union Buildings in Pretoria, South Africa (one of my favorite buildings in South Africa). If found this by searching for ’633 Church Street’ on Google Maps. Feel free to comment on this post if you have an opinion. Also check out the other posts in the Technology category of this blog.

Street View is really a great tool with so many uses (even if it just be for exploring our wonderful country).
