On the 10th of March 2012 @BaasDeBeer and I made our way to RAMFest 2012 Johannesburg (which was held at Riversands Farm in Fourways for the 2nd year in a row). After enjoying excellent sets by Newtown Knife Gang, Shadowclub and Chromium it was time for Fokofpolisiekar to make their way on the massive stage. It was really good to see the Bellville boys rock out with one the best performances I’ve seen by them in years. I snapped this photo of Fokofpolisiekar drummer Jaco “Snake” Venter hitting the fuck out of the drums on the RAMFest stage and it has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 16th of May 2012.
