Jacques Moolman on stage @ Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens

On Saturday (the 21th of July 2012) I made my way to the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens in Johannesburg for another edition of Old Mutual Music in the Gardens. Planet Joy, Shadowclub and Flash Republic were on the line-up for the day. After Planet Joy opened the proceedings, it was Shadowclub’s turn on the stage.

Shadowclub have been making waves in the SA Music industry over the last few years. They’re definitely one of the most hard working bands in the industry. I’ve had the privilege of seeing them perform various times in 2012 (RAMFest Johannesburg, Up The Creek, the MK Awards After Party, etc). Every time I see these okes they get better and better at performing live. Saturday’s show was no exception, Shadowclub really came to the party at the venue.

I snapped this photo of Jacques Moolman (the Shadowclub frontman) on Saturday and it has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 23rd of July 2012.

Yesterday’s Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant featured The Graeme Watkins Project on stage @ Pretoria Botanical Gardens, feel free to check it out. Watch this space for daily updates on this blog in the Photography and Babes category.
