Many of you reading this are probably aware of the awesomeness that is Game of Thrones. This series has been around since 2011 and its definitely one of my favourite shows on Television at the moment. Game of Thrones is an adaptation of A Song of Ice and Fire by George R. R. Martin’s – a series of fantasy novels. He began the series in 1991 in a response to the limitation of television production and published the first volume (which was called A Game of Thrones, in 1996). The first season was nominated for or won numerous awards, including Outstanding Drama Series for the Emmy Awards and Best Television Series – Drama at the Golden Globes. Peter Dinklage also won the Emmy and Golden Globe Best Supporting Actor award for his role as Tyrion Lannister.
One of the characters in the series that I just wish that should just shut the fuck up or be killed is Joffrey Baratheon. He’s played by Jack Gleeson (an actor from Ireland). Joffrey Baratheon is a little brat and I hope someone kicks him in the nads or kills him off soon.
He’s really annoying in the series. I have nothing against Jack Gleeson though, just the character. What names have you called Joffrey Baratheon whilst watching Game of Thrones ? Drop me a comment and let me know. Feedback is appreciated and welcome here.
