She was born in Cape Town, South Africa in 1981. She has appeared in numerous magazines, including Maxim in France, the Netherlands and Spain and FHM in Germany. She was chosen as the model for the character of Selene Strike in the video game Ready 2 Rumble. Yet another South African model worthy of being featured on this blog. She is quite popular in her native South Africa as well. Lorraine van Wyk has been named as the Daily Babe for the 17th of September 2009.
