Rumour has it that there will be a mystical astronomical alignment in the middle of the universe on the 21st of December 2012. One extract of the theory states that this alignment will occur when the sun rises over the horizon on that day (which is the same day as the Winter Solstice) and that the sun will rise in the middle of the Milky Way which will mean that the earth, sun and universe will be aligned and that it will cause the earth to tilt off its axis. Do you believe this is possible?
