She has appeared in episodes of NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, Growing Pains, CSI: New York, Army Wives, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Nash Bridges on television. She has also appeared in various films, including Strange Days (in 1995), The Scorpion King (in 2002), X2 (in 2003) and Shangai Kiss (in 2007). Last weekend I attended the Where BLUES Meets ROCK festival (which was held just outside Bronkhorstspruit in Gauteng). After watching Klopjag, Die Tuindwergies, Van Coke Kartel and the Fake Leather Blues band on Friday night I had the privilege of watching Albert Frost performing solo on stage at the festival. He set the stage and pace for the rest of Saturday evening’s line-up (which included Karen Zoid, Piet Botha, Valiant Swart, The Black Cat Bones and others). Albert Frost’s performance was absolutely memorable. He is still one of the best guitarists in the SA Music industry and he’s been around for a long time.
