Planet Joy on stage @ Firkin Pub, Centurion
In November 2011 I made my way to Firkin pub in Centurion to catch Planet Joy, Mrs B and Springbok Nude Girls live. Before Mrs B made their way onto the stage Planet Joy played one of their best sets I’ve ever seen them play. For those of you who did not know, Planet Joy are an Alternative Rock band from Johannesburg. Their music include elements from industrial, ambient, electronic and alternative music, drawing inspiration from innovative alternative acts like Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, etc. They played an epic set at Arcade Empire and Oppikoppi Unknown Brother last year as well. I snapped this photo of Planet Joy Performing at Firkin in Centurion and it has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 5th of February 2011.
Yesterday a photo featuring Mrs B on stage @ Firkin Pub, Centurion was the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant, feel free to check it out. This blog is updated daily in the Babes and Photography categories, so come back for your little dose of awesomeness tomorrow.
