This past weekend I went to watch the Currie Cup rugby match between the Blue Bulls and Western Province at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria. The 4th biggest city in South Africa definately has one of the most beautiful skylines. The Jacaranda trees have started to bloom in some parts of the city. Their purple blossoms are always a welcome sight in the capital city in spring time. Over the last few weeks citizens of Gauteng has been praying and dancing for rain (and I’m one of the them). Let’s hope it rains soon. I snapped this photo of the Pretoria skyline whilst attending the match. It has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for today.
