A quick chat with Stimela Brewing Company

Stimela Brewing Company crafts unique premium beers for people with a thirst for greatness. Their motto is: Passion, Legacy, Excellence. Their brewery was birthed out of a passion not only to reinvent simple and full flavoured beer, but to create a sense of community around the craft. They believe in living your legend and leaving a good legacy. They only use the finest ingredients to give you an excellent product.

Stimela Brewing Company is one of the 30 breweries who will be represented at 2016 edition of Capital Craft Beer Festival (which promises one of the best experiences of the year). I recently had a chat to Tsikwe Molobye from Stimela Brewing Company about beer, the festival and a few other things. This is what he had to say:

If someone asks you what Stimela‘s brews taste like, what do you tell them?

Stimela tastes like true authenticity. In every sip you have of our beer you can taste our full intent and purpose we have and continue to have when crafting our beer. I see craft beer as art and art should be able to inspire and move people.

How would you describe your love of beer?

It started off as an infatuation but now it’s almost like an obsession with every new beer style that I taste and brew myself.

If B.E.E.R. was an abbreviation for something, what would it stand for?

BEER stands for Better Experienced Every Round.

What can beer lovers expect from you at Capital Craft 2016?

Bold full flavoured beers that tell you a story with every sip.

I’d like to thank Tsikwe Molobye for this interview and I’m definitely looking forward to sampling one of their brews on the 11th of June.
