Rikki Brest


Rikki Brest is a 25 year old model based in Cape Town, South Africa. She is already making a big name for herself in South Africa. She was born and raised in Johannesburg. She has been featured in many local adverts and various music videos. In 2009, she posed for FHM South Africa. After school she spent a year at the Campus of Performing Arts studying Sound Engineering and Music Performance. She has been playing drums for 12 years now and has played for a couple of local bands like IcarusFall and Evolver. She also co-found an all girl drum and percussion ensemble called Chix with Stix. On top of all of that, she also manages, markets and organizes the band. They have been playing together for 7 years now and have toured around the country and internationally consistently. She also teaches drums privately from her home studio. She is also a dancer and has been dancing since the age of 5 and has done all styles such as modern, tap, ballet, hip hop, funk, afro fusion. In 2003 she got her Practical Modern Dancing Teachers and in 2004 she qualified as a modern dancing teacher. She was recently the lead actress in a local film called Eternity which is a South African vampire movie that was released in December 2010. Rikki Brest was recently featured on Bangers and Nash and has been selected as the Daily Babe on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 27th of June 2011.
