Scene at Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens

On Saturday the 21st of July I made my way to the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens in Johannesburg to catch another edition of the Old Mutual Music in the Gardens Concert Series. It was a fun filled day packed with some awesome tunes from 3 top South African artists: Planet Joy, Shadowclub and Flash Republic.

I was particularly impressed with the first two bands: Planet Joy and Shadowclub. Both bands are from Johannesburg and have been making waves in the SA Music industry in the last few years. Flash Republic weren’t too bad either. Even though I don’t like their musical genre much, they proved that they’re good performers. Flash Republic are very good in their genre. It’s just not a genre that I’m into at all.

I snapped this photo depicting a scene at the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens on Saturday and it has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 24th of July 2012.

Yesterday a photo featuring Jacques Moolman on stage @ Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens was the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant, feel free to check it out. Watch this space for daily updates on this blog in the Photography and Babes category.
