Taxi Violence on stage @ Arcade Empire
In October 2011 I made my way to Arcade Empire in Pretoria for the Tuks FM Halloween Party. It was an epic night. Isochronous, Taxi Violence, Yesterday’s Pupil and Shadowclub were on the bill for the night. Scores of dressed-for-the-occasion Pretoria music fans packed the venue. Arcade Empire ran out of Brandy and Black Label (just to give you an idea how packed it was). Yesterday’s Pupil was up first, followed by Isochronous and then it was the turn of critically acclaimed Western Cape rockers, Taxi Violence. These boys have been making waves in the SA Music industry over the last few years. They definitely know how to rock. Some say that Taxi Violence is one of the most underrated bands in the country, and I tend to agree. I snapped this photo of them performing at Arcade Empire on the night and it has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 31st of January 2011. I’m looking forward to seeing them perform at Up The Creek this weekend.
Yesterday a photo featuring The Smoking Mojos on stage @ Arcade Empire was the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant, feel free to check it out. This blog is updated daily in the Babes and Photography categories, so come back for your little dose of awesomeness tomorrow.
