Taxi Violence on stage @ Up the Creek 2012
Most of my regular readers are probably aware that I made my way to Up the Creek (near Swellendam in the Western Cape) this year. It was an awesome experience. The line-up was insane. Especially Friday night’s line-up (which included aKING, Taxi Violence, Jeremy Loops, Machineri and others). I was particularly impressed by Taxi Violence’s performance. They came onto the stage after a blissful aKING performance. These Western Cape Rockers know how to get a crowd going in front of the stage. I honestly wish that Taxi Violence gets more exposure nationally – they’re definitely one of the most under rated bands in the country. I’m particularly fond of their song Untie Yourself. I snapped this photo of Taxi Violence performing at Up The Creek 2012 and it has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 22nd of February 2012.
Yesterday a photo featuring Bittereinder on stage @ Hatfield Carnival 2012 was the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant, feel free to check it out.
