Leryn Franco is probably more famous for her beauty and modelling than her athletic ability. She has appeared in the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition you know. In 2006 she was runner-up Miss Universo Paraguay. Bleacher Report ranked her as Number 6 in its list of “The 40 Hottest Female Athletes Of The Decade” in December 2009. She was also listed at 64th in AskMen.com’s 2012 “Top 99 Women” list.
Franco’s personal best is 55.65 meters (almost 17 meters short of the world record) – she is most likely not gonna be in the top 3 in the javelin event at the 2012 London Olympics.
