The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival is an annual 4 day music festival created and produced by Superfly Productions and AC Entertainment. The festival is held at Great Stage Park on a 700 acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee in the United States. The 10th annual Bonnaroo Festival was hosted in June this year. This year Arcade Fire, Primus, Florence and the Machine, NOFX, The Black Keys, Eminem, Mumford & Sons, Cold War Kids and various other artists played at he festival. The Bonnaroo Music Festival was first held in 2002. This festival is held at the 700 hectare Great Stage Park in Manchester, Tennessee in the United States. In 2008 Bonnaroo was named the “Best Festival” by Rolling Stone magazine, calling it “the ultimate over-the-top summer festival”. The festival is usually held in June. In 2010 Tenacious D, Weezer, Dave Matthews Band, Rise Against, GWAR, Mumford & Sons, Tori Amos and Kings of Leon are just some of the artists that were part of the line-up at the festival. Because South Africans are bracing themselves for the 2011 Kings of Leon Tour of South Africa I thought it would be a good idea to post a photo of Kings of Leon performing at Bonnaroo Music Festival to give fans an idea of what’s in store for them.
