Los Angeles, California is the most populous city in the state of California, and the second most populous in the United States (after New York City). The city has a population of 3.7 million and more than 14 million people live in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Los Angeles covers a total area of 1,302 square kilometres. The city extends for 71 kilometres longitudinally and for 47 kilometres latitudinally. Los Angeles is often billed as the “Creative Capital of the World”, due to the fact that one in every six of its residents works in a creative industry. It’s definitely one of the cities in the USA that I want to visit one day.
