Win a ticket to the 2015 Otterlake Easter Festival!

Otterlake Easter Festival is coming soon folks! I told you all about it a few weeks ago, so click here if you missed that article on Running Wolf’s Rant.

If you are too lazy to read the article, all you need to know is that this year’s edition of Otterlake Easter Festival is happening from the 3rd to the 5th of April (Easter Weekend) and that is going to be awesome. If you don’t believe me, just check out the line-up below.

There are a few must see acts playing at the festival. I’m looking forward to watching Tuin, Jaco Van Der Merwe (Bittereinder) solo, Francois van Coke (Fokofpolisiekar & Van Coke Kartel) and State Society on Friday. I’m also looking forward to Mountain Thief, Bacchus Nel, Jonathan Peyper, Naming James, The Black Cat Bones and Akkedis on Saturday.

Sunday looks like it’s going to be a busy day as well with names like Piet Botha, Pedro Barbosa, Gareth Wilson, Shotgun Tori, Crystal Park and others on the line-up. Besides this I’m also looking forward to discovering acts that I have not seen before, music is all about discovery.

Great news is that one lucky Running Wolf’s Rant reader has the  chance to spread their wings at this year’s Otterlake Easter Festival!

We’re giving one full weekend ticket (worth R370) and all you need to enter is a Twitter account. If you have one, CLICK HERE to send your tweet to enter. If you don’t have Twitter, comment on this post on Facebook and let me know what year Otterlake Easter Festival was first held.

The competition closes on Monday the 30th of March 2015 at 12 noon, so if you love live music, move your arse (or at least try to wiggle you left or right bum cheek). The winner will be announced on the morning of Tuesday the 31st of March 2015.
