    That’s an easy 1. We just had 2 babies in a row (unplanned-yikes!). We haven’t been out together in 2 YEARS! And we used to go to Park Acoustics ALL the time. There can’t possibly be anybody else who deserves it more than us-unless you like shows such as walking on your amputated leg stumps better… To sum up: save da sanity, save da romance, save some good gooood loving with an awesome picnic and a bit of some serious crazy dancing to amazeball tunes!

    Partykeer moet mens net still raak en wag dat iemand klop aan jou deur. En daardeur bedoel ek, ‘n email stuur met dubbel kaartjies om die patron saint van Suid Afrikaanse Rock and roll te sien

    Aweh!! Would be super rad as my mates hey!bang!dead from PE are coming all the way up to entertain and would love to see them. Also haven’t been in months and will show my “bier pens” in every photo if required.

    Well I have 2 reasons;

    1. I have entered every single competition you have ever had for Park Acoustics tickets and I have never won.

    But 2nd; I am literally the world’s biggest Karen Zoid fan. I bought her first album, Poles Apart, when I was in 4th grade, performed smash hits like ‘Afrikaners is Plesierig’ and ‘Dit maak nie regtig saak nie’ for my school Idols Talent Competition when I was in fifth grade. I have never stopped loving Karen Zoid. I am the first person to always buy albums, promote music, and I tag her on social media at least once a week.

    So if ever there was a time for me to win the Running Wolf Rant’s Park Acoustics ticket Competition, this would definitely be the it.

    Also, Parks is 3 days before Oppi, so buying tickets would mean taking money from my oppi budget, and we don’t want that.

    Please please please make me a winner?!?!

    • Thanks Tiaan 🙂

    • Hi Tiaan – Congratulations! You are the winner of the double ticket!

    Because the opportunity to see the Queen of South African music live on stage for the first time would be an epic experience especially in such a unique location.

    Also I can’t go to oppikoppi due to no money, so free tickets would be great to PA

    My first ever CD that I have owned is Karen Zoid’s: Poles Apart! My mother bought it for me and from that day on my journey of Rock n Roll music began. It has been years now and I have never seen the legend perform live, ever. There is always something that interrupted me from seeing her rock the stage. My favourite song of Karen is and always will be “foto teen die muur” (always a great song to start the day)!

    After buying my OppiKoppi ticket, my wallet is more empty than my ex’s heart! Student life is no joke. Any help would be appreciated!

    BTW Love the website, always interesting information about great bands!
