Great news! The next edition of Pretoria’s favorite Sunday Fun day, Park Acoustics, is happening on the 3rd of April at Fort Schanskop in the Voortrekker Monument Nature Reserve.
This edition will feature musical performances by Genre-less Bam Bam Brown & the Professors, Coelacanth (Outlaw – Folk at its best), Durban guitar maestro Guy Buttery, Thieve (who are releasing a new album this month) and SAMA Winning Durban rockers Gangs of Ballet (who will be performing at Park Acoustics for the first time).
When the music stops, you have the choice between enjoying Pop Art Live or exercising your laughing muscles at the Sunset Comedy stage (which will be featuring comedy sets by Chris Forrest, Allyn Adams, Glen Bo and Umbillocream).
Tickets are available for R150 on the Park Acoustics website or you can get them for R150 at the gate. Children under the age of 6 can enter for FREE. Parking costs R15 per vehicle (payable at the main entrance to the nature reserve). Please note this event is up in the Fort, there are only 2000 tickets available. No under 18’s, except small children accompanied by their parents will be allowed.
Great news is that Running Wolf’s Rant is giving away a double ticket to this edition of Park Acoustics. All you need to do to enter is leave a comment and let us know what you would be willing to do to get your music-loving paws on these tickets. This competition closes on the 27th of March 2016 at 5 PM and is not open to under 18’s. Ensure that you include an e-mail address so you’re easily reachable.
