Do you love beer? Do you like fun in the sun and good tunes? Well, the second annual edition of the Big House Craft Beer Festival will be held at the Jan Smuts House Museum grounds in Irene, Centurion on the 4th of October 2014.
There are fewer things more iconic to South Africa than spending the day outside enjoying good music and even better beer with family and friends. At the 2014 Big House Craft Beer Festival both will be in plentiful supply. Doors open at 10 AM and will be closing at 6:30 PM, so you’ll have plenty of time to sample and enjoy no less than 39 different Craft Beers from 13 micro breweries.
Bring a picnic blanket and chairs and enjoy a full day out. The music starts at 10 AM with Peter Vincent, DJ’s from the Grind Radio and Monkeys In Boots. Besides these three acts, there will also be a not-to-be-missed performance by SA Music legends Mango Groove.
Tickets for the event cost only R150 via Plankton.mobi or R170 at the gate on the day of the event. Children under 12 can enter for free and children aged between 12 and 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
