The May 2015 edition of Park Acoustics was totally awesome. Stelth Ulvang (from the Lumineers) was at the event, but that’s not all. Music lovers were also treated to great performances by Desmond & The Tutu’s, Sons of Settlers, New Holland and Adventure Man. Here’s some photos from last month’s event to give you an idea of the vibe.
This was one of the best Park Acoustics that I’ve been to (mostly thanks to the fact that I got to spend an awesome day with a good friend from the UK) and if you thought that things can’t get better than this, you’re wrong. The organisers announced an amazing line-up for the June edition last week.
The next edition of Park Acoustics will take place on the 28th of June 2015 at Fort Schanskop (in the Voortrekker Monument Nature Reserve) and will feature performances by Francois van Coke & Jack Parow (Acoustic), The December Streets, Diamond Thug and Changeling and the comedians who will make you laugh at the Sunset Comedy Stage are Chris Forrest, Vittorio Leonardi and Ferhaan Eshat.
Tickets have been selling like hot cakes and if you don’t want to miss out, I suggest that conjure up R110 and buy one NOW on the Park Acoustics website, because it’s going to be epic.
If you can’t conjure up R110 right now: Running Wolf’s Rant is giving away a double ticket to this edition of Park Acoustics.
