Sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll has for many years been the go-to slogan for the raw sound of music. This is mostly played through robust analog sound equipment. And that’s exactly what the organizers are going for at the Analog on Tap event.
The Sir Thomas Brewing Company is located just outside Stellenbosch. They are well-known for their masterfully crafted range of boutique beers. Many folks will see as the keystone in an audible experience.
Add some of the best musicians in the world, a bit of ‘cool’ and a 32-year-old Neve sound desk that have seen the likes of The Rolling Stones and Bon Jovi, all mixed together by a Grammy Award-winning sound engineer, you have a recipe for rock ‘n’ roll in its rawest, most spectacular form.
On Thursday 10 October, Arno Carstens Trio, Albert Frost Trio and Matt Carstens will usher in this legendary Analog on Tap series of events with the world-class, rock-loving sound system at Sir Thomas.
As a special treat, Arno Carstens will not only be performing his latest single ‘Empire of the Night’ exclusively to this audience, but he will also exhibit some of his own paintings and signed prints, which will be sold on the day.
Only a few tickets will be made available for this memorable event (and they include a special gift), so book your ticket before they’re all gone!
