This past weekend my dad and I made our way to Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria to catch the Bulls vs Sharks match in the 2011 Super 15 tournament. The match was sold out. Before the match I bumped into @leaville @KandiceBuys @TheCorrie21 and @Liesldb from Twitter. Bulls fans were full of hope for a spot in the Super 15 playoffs before the match. The Sharks supporters were slightly frowned upon. Besides coming back to trail by 3 points at half time, the Bulls were just not the best team on the field on Saturday. The Sharks narrowly won the match by 26 points to 23 in the end. A lot of Bulls supporters did not agree with some of referee Jonathan Kaplan and linesman Mark Lawrence’s decisions in the first half, but I feel that blaming officials doesn’t take away the fact the Sharks played better than the Bulls on day. It’s the first time in 3 years that the Bulls are not playing in the final stages of the 2011 Super 15. The only 2 South African teams to make it into this stage are the Stormers and the Sharks this year. I snapped this photo of the crowd at the match on Saturday and it has been selected as the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant for the 21st of June 2011.
Yesterday a photo featuring Die Tuindwergies on stage @ Tuks FM “The Youth That Rocks” Concert was the Daily Cool Photo on Running Wolf’s Rant.
