Hellcats release A Coffin Full of Hellcats Vol. 3

Hellcats have been making waves in the SA music and rock scene ever since they popped up on the musical radar in mid 2015. Great news is that the Joburg Bad Boys of Rock ‘n Roll have released a third EP entitled “A Coffin Full of Hellcats Vol. 3”.

I can’t recall how many times I’ve watched Hellcats blokes play a live show in 2016

I have to admit that I thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them. Their sets at Oppikoppi 2016, Park Acoustics, Mieliepop and Red Right Hand definitely stands out as my favorites though. They know how to get a crowd going and they know how to interact with said crowd.

“A Coffin Full of Hellcats Vol. 3” features three brand new tracks: “Dark Angel Woman”, “Baby We’re Through” and “Devil in Your Room” and I have to compliment Alessandro Benigno and Warwick Rautenbach on doing an excellent job with this EP.

With this EP they are simply doing what they’ve been doing since the release of their first EP – the term “Rocking The Fuck Out” comes to mind. Have a listen to the EP below, if you don’t believe me:

I’m simply curious about what they’ll get up to next – like Howard Stern’s fans waiting to hear what he’s going to say next on radio. Hopefully we’ll see a full Hellcats album in 2017, who knows?
