Today I’m featuring a Park Acoustics Video. On the 24th of November I made my way to the last edition of this epic one-day festival for 2013 at the Voortrekker Monument in Pretoria.
It was one of the most fun-filled days of the year, featuring awesome performances by aKING, Mango Groove, Matthew Mole, Napalma, Red Huxley, Glenn Hartman, Yo Grapes, Niskerone and various others.
Three stages were set up for the day and over 5,000 people made their way to the venue (the most people that ever made it to one). The beer was cold, the bands were awesome, the vibe was electric, the “talent” was plentiful and Braaiboy made sure that the people did not go hungry. The last edition of Park Acoustics in 2013 was definitely one of the musical highlights of the year and I’m looking forward to see what the organizers have in store for us next year.
