Sounds of Spring is not just an event; it is an experience which enriches all your senses. With the sounds of local Folk-bluegrass, the taste of succulent lamb on the spit paired with great wine, the smell of spring dawning upon the African continent and the visuals of bushveld and wildlife – all of this while you are sitting, relaxing, tasting, smelling and enjoying the sounds of spring.
Sounds of Spring is happening at the Tutuwedzo Lodge & Conference Centre in
De Wildt (near Hartbeespoort Dam) in the North West Province on Sunday the 9th of September 2018.
The following acts will be performing at at first edition of Sounds of Spring:
- Pretoria based Hillbilly, Bluegrass, Folk, Country, Blues band Georgetown.
- Afrikaans Folk / Hillbilly / Bluegrass legends Radio Kalahari Orkes.
Tickets will set you back R250 and includes a lunch (a delicious lamb on the spit from Hokaai Butchery) and a free wine taster. Kids who are 5 years old or younger can enter for free.
