Then separate each language book by its genre or subject. Tag the genre or subject with it to identify it fast. After you arrange it according to genre or subject, books belonging to a particular language and genre or subject can be arranged however you like. You can arrange it according to the size of the book, alphabetically wise by its name, or older and newer book. Whichever way you are comfortable with, you can arrange it that way.

Do the same in other languages too and do not forget to tag with the subject or gender name. After arranging according to subject or genre in each language arrange the books according to alphabetically wise or older to newer book or smaller to bigger book, whichever way is comfortable for you to find. You can arrange language book racks alphabetically like Arabic first, English second, and French at last. Even genre or subject books can be arranged alphabetically by subject or genre names.

Again, under each language create a separate folder for each genre and arrange it alphabetically by its genre names. Instead of genre, you can also use year to create a folder for each year and arrange movies in it.
Next, under each genre or year save your movie and arrange it alphabetically. For example, if you have movies in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam then create a folder for each language and arrange them alphabetically. Under each language create another subfolder of each genre, say drama, action, and suspense.
Save movies in each genre or year and arrange them alphabetically. This may help you find the movie you wish to watch easily. If your storage device is a CD, or tape recorder then, arrange them physically in the same way in different boxes.
