Rivals – Streaming on Disney+ from 18 October 2024
Rivals, set in England in 1986, is an adaptation of Jilly Cooper’s second book in the Rutshire Chronicles.
The story follows Rupert Campbell-Black, a notorious rake and former showjumper who transitioned into a career in politics.
Rupert teams up with his new neighbor, Declan O’Hara, to take down the unscrupulous television magnate Lord Tony Baddingham by bidding for his Cotswolds-based independent TV franchise.
However, their plans are thrown off course when Rupert, known for his womanizing ways, becomes romantically involved with Declan’s innocent daughter, Taggie O’Hara.
At the same time, a love triangle develops between Rupert, Tony, and Tony’s right-hand woman, the brilliant American producer Cameron Cook. Declan also faces turmoil in his own marriage to the dazzling actress, Maud.
In the ruthless world of television, where it’s every man and woman for themselves, the question remains: Can true love really flourish amidst all the chaos?

What We Do In The Shadows Season 6 – Streaming on Disney+ from 22 October 2024
After a very brief stint as a full-blown vampire, Guillermo is re-evaluating his life. Who is he if not a familiar who will do anything to please his Master in hopes of one day being turned into a vampire? Meanwhile, the vampires are reevaluating, too. When their former roommate reappears after a 50-year nap, they realize how little they’ve done in half a century — not one goal accomplished, not one dream pursued, not one part of the New World conquered (except for their street and part of Ashley Street).
In the sixth and final season of the Emmy-nominated comedy, Nandor, Nadja, Laszlo, Colin and Guillermo will enter the workforce, visit New Hampshire, go to a human dinner party, fête The Baron and conjure a demon — all while trying to find their place and their purpose in this crazy, mixed-up world.
