Is it possible to relax with your phone in the middle of a working day?
It may seem to you that if you are tired, then you can take a break for a few minutes to update the feed in social networks. The fact is that scrolling the tape is far from resting for the brain. You’ve probably noticed that if you spend all day on the phone, then you feel tired. When you scroll through the feed, you consume a lot of different content and this is a load on the brain.
Therefore, if you want to take a break from work and relax, then you should put down your phone and take a walk in the fresh air. If you don’t want to go outside because you are cold there, water the flowers or clean up your work area. All this will help reduce the strain on your eyes and brain for a few minutes so that you can continue working productively.
