Therefore, if you want to take a break from work and relax, then you should put down your phone and take a walk in the fresh air. If you don’t want to go outside because you are cold there, water the flowers or clean up your work area. All this will help reduce the strain on your eyes and brain for a few minutes so that you can continue working productively.
