1. Ao Nang Beach, Krabi

This is another beautiful strip of sand; it was once the domain of backpackers. However, it is not morphing into a resort scene; there are many resorts and even buffets to be found here.
Despite this, the north end of the beach retains the old bamboo bungalow charm. The sand is soft and powdery. While Koh Chang Island is considered a place for budget travelers, there is still a lot of decent accommodation to be found here.
4. Hua Hin Beach, Hua Hin
Considered as one of the best beaches near Bangkok, this beach is quite popular even with locals. The popularity stems from the ease of travel to Bangkok, the flat stretches of beach and the wide array of things you can do. Besides water sports and other beach activities, the beach is a renowned spa and wellness center.
You can also find some of the best golf courses in the world here. The dining scene and nightlife at this beach are also quite exciting.
5. Patong Beach, Phuket
Phuket is Thailand’s largest Island and Patong is the largest beach on the island. With its huge coastline, warm water, soft white sand, and plenty of restaurants and hotels, it is impossible to be bored. The nightlife at this beach is quite vibrant. It attracts huge crowds at night and jet skis entertain the masses during the day.
