A Quick Review of RAMFest 2013 Cape Town from a Competition Winner

In case you did not know, RAMFest 2013 Cape Town took place over the weekend at Circle of Dreams near Riviersonderend in the Western Cape. I’m sad that I missed this year’s three day festival, but I’m glad that I had a competition winner who was willing to give a short report back about it. Graham Pitout from Cape Town won the double ticket in the competition that was posted on Running Wolf’s Rant a while ago.

This is what Graham had to say about RAMFest 2013 Cape Town

This years RAMFest was FLIPPING AMAZING and I have you to thank! The drive was well worth it. The venue is incredible – shade for all, clean toilets and showers, plenty of space, parking by your tent, awesome river! I saw my favorite band that I fell in love with almost 10 years ago and my teenage dream came true! Thank you! Thank You! Thank you!

The festival was run like a well-oiled machine – sound and lighting was HUGE, all the stages were the tits, booze was cheap (not that I bought any, I was mixing my brutal fruit cocktails by the car) – note the cocktail mixer in the pics 🙂 I arrived Thursday night, slept 3 hours every morning from 6-9 AM and started partying immediately after (liquid diet only!). The positive response from everyone has been insane and I’m already beaming for RAMFest 2014!

Below are the only snaps I got with the pink pants (there were others but taken from random peoples phones haha)… They pretty much got ripped within the first hour of wearing and while looking around for Phaedra and Anika! I obviously have a sexy bum because every friend I walked past tried to make the gat bigger.

It sounds like Graham had a blast at RAMFest 2013 Cape Town. Don’t forget that RAMFest 2013 Johannesburg is on this weekend at Riversands Farm in Fourways.

Tickets for RAMfest 2013 Johannesburg are still available on Ticketbreak and getting sold faster than you can say “Helen Zille”. Pre-sold tickets cost R550 and tickets at the gate will cost R650. Please note that all camping tickets have been sold out. These tickets give you access to the event for the 15th and the 16th of March but do NOT include camping.  Check out the RAMFEst Facebook page and @RAMFest on Twitter for more information.
