The voices of Venda are growing louder, and the 015 is claiming its space with the release of “He Ndaa” – a powerful new track produced by J-Smash and MashBeatz.
Featuring the lyrical talents of Given Da Chief and Saudi, the song is an ode to perseverance, ambition, and the beauty of overcoming life’s toughest challenges.
“He Ndaa” is a Message of Resilience
At its core, the track speaks to the struggles and dreams that shape everyday life, asking a question many have whispered to themselves:
Kani ro bebelwa u filimba (Were we born just to suffer?)
But instead of despair, the track pushes a message of hope and hard work. With a catchy hook – “015 He Ndaa! Khobva ndi fhasi He Ndaa! Hudo baleya thase He Ndaa!” – it becomes an anthem for anyone chasing their dreams despite the odds.
Saudi’s Raw Johannesburg Perspective
Saudi delivers a standout verse, reflecting the hustle and edge of Johannesburg life. With lines like “No sleeping we hustle, He Ndaa He Ndaa” and “Jozi my city, He Ndaa”, his words vividly paint the ambition, loyalty, and survival required to thrive in the 011 streets.
This theme resonates strongly with Limpopo’s story, where many leave home for Johannesburg in search of opportunities. The track captures that journey — the grit, the grind, and the hope that drives countless people to build better futures.
A Powerful Collaborative Effort
The synergy between J-Smash and MashBeatz’s production and the heartfelt delivery of Given Da Chief and Saudi results in a rich, layered sound. It’s both energetic and deeply emotional, making it more than just a song – it’s a statement of what is possible through determination.
Venda Steps Forward
With this track, the 015 is proving that Venda’s voice is not just being heard — it’s stepping confidently into the mainstream. And according to the artists, this is only the beginning of what’s to come.
The track is available on all streaming platforms from 17 July 2025. You can stream/download it HERE.
